Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message. We also process the submission time, page path, referrer, UTM parameters, browser language, approximate country, device type, operating system, browser and masked IP address.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when you request steps before entering into a contract and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interests in handling business inquiries, securing the form, preventing abuse and establishing or defending claims. Providing the form data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply.

We do not use form data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by providers supporting hosting, network infrastructure, email and inquiry handling, especially Cloudflare and Google (including Google Sheets). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on safeguards permitted by Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics only after your consent in the cookie banner. Analytics helps us understand aggregate traffic and improve the website. You can reject analytics cookies as easily as you can accept them.

Retention

Inquiry data and associated metadata are normally stored no longer than 24 months after correspondence ends. They may be kept longer only where required by law, accountability duties or the limitation period for claims.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or objection to processing where applicable. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time using the permanently available “Cookie settings” button in the bottom-right corner.
