Frequently asked
questions
How long does a project take?
A standard website usually takes 2-4 weeks after the brief is approved and materials are delivered. Larger custom systems are estimated and scheduled individually.
What should I prepare before we start?
A short brief describing the project goal, target users and expected scope is enough to begin. Existing branding, photos or text can be used, and missing materials can be prepared during the project.
What technologies do you use?
We choose technology according to the project goal. For lightweight websites we often use clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript; for custom systems we select the stack around architecture, integrations and maintenance needs.
Will the website be responsive?
Yes. Interfaces are designed and tested for mobile, tablet and desktop layouts.
What is included in the project scope?
A typical scope includes interface design, implementation, performance and SEO basics, deployment, technical configuration and short handover guidance.
Can you handle hosting and domain setup?
We can help choose and configure hosting, DNS and deployment. Provider fees remain on the client side without a markup from utilite.io.
Can the project be changed after launch?
Small text or visual corrections are handled after launch. Larger changes and further development can be covered by post-launch support.
How does cooperation work?
We work remotely with clients in Poland and abroad. Communication usually happens by email, Slack or video call, with a transparent process from brief to handover.
How can I start?
Email [email protected] or use the contact form. We usually reply within one business day.
